The customer is responsible for approving spelling, layout, colours, and sizing before printing.
Q6. Can I make changes after approving a proof?
Changes after approval may incur additional costs and affect turnaround times.

Artwork & File Preparation FAQs
Q10. What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and high-resolution JPG or PNG files.
Q11. What resolution should my artwork be?
Artwork should be supplied at 300dpi for best print quality.
Q12. Should files be CMYK or RGB?
CMYK is preferred for print. RGB files may result in colour variation.
Q13. Do you require bleed?
Yes. Most print requires bleed. We recommend at least 3mm on all sides.
Q14. Can you print Canva files?
Yes, provided they are exported correctly as print-ready PDFs
Q15. What happens if my artwork isn’t print-ready?
We can correct or rebuild artwork for print, subject to design charges.
